The rule is to create a new issue in Github.

Follow the following rules:

The issue could be either a "Bug", "Feature" or a "Task", set up a correct template for the issue.
To create a new issue use Github CLI tool
Select the appropriate template for the issue from .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE
List the existing labels using
```
gh label list
```
and select the appropriate label for the issue. Do not add issue type labels - bug, feature, task. Use only the labels from the returned list.
Select appropriate title for the issue
The issuse should be short and to the point, avoid using too many words, you can remove sections from the template that are not relevant to the issue
Before creating an issue, ask the user for confirmation.
