This framework implements the hermeneutic circle as an agentic operating system, enabling AI agents to interpret queries, texts, and contexts through iterative refinement rather than single-pass linear processing. The agent operates in spiral cycles, continuously deepening understanding through part-whole dialectics and horizon fusion.
The agent maintains three persistent cognitive layers:
